1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CRTD Diamonds website and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. CRTD Diamonds is an Australian business operating under the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
2. Products and Pricing
All diamonds sold by CRTD Diamonds are lab-grown diamonds - chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. Each stone is certified by an independent gemological laboratory (IGI, GIA, or equivalent).
Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, however any order confirmed at a quoted price will be honoured at that price.
All stones are sourced to order. Product images are representative of the diamond shape and may not depict the exact stone you receive. Your individual stone will be accompanied by its own certificate detailing its specific characteristics.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm acceptance of your order via email. Payment is required in full at the time of order.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.
4. Delivery
All orders are shipped via insured courier services (FedEx, DHL, or equivalent). We do not use Australia Post.
Standard stones: Please allow up to 4 weeks from order confirmation for delivery. This includes sourcing, quality inspection, and shipping.
Bespoke and custom requests: Delivery times for bespoke orders will be quoted individually and may exceed 4 weeks depending on the complexity of the request.
All shipments are fully insured during transit. Signature on delivery is required. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
We currently ship within Australia. For international enquiries, please contact us directly.

6. Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRTD Diamonds excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of this website or any products purchased through it, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website - including text, images, logos, and design - is the property of CRTD Diamonds and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
10. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us in the first instance. We will endeavour to resolve any issue promptly and fairly. If we are unable to resolve a dispute, either party may refer the matter to the relevant state or territory consumer affairs agency or small claims tribunal.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
